Planning Commission Update 10/15/24

Highlights: Most PC meetings are sparsely attended. This meeting attracted a good sized audience because of the solar project in Davisville. The PC reviewed the combined master and preliminary plan decision drafted by the town planners and voted to approve the project .(Location – off Firwood Drive, Assessor’s Plat 153 Lot 2 and Assessor’s Plat 154 Lot 5, Property zoned light industrial)

Other Commission actions:

The Commission waived development plan review of an addition to an existing storage shed at 1 Quiapen Lane (Rolling Greens Golf Course). The PC approval of the Rolling Greens development included limitations on fertilizers and pesticides which made the Commission comfortable with this action.

Items 3c Application for a minor modification to the final plan approval of Sanctuary Estates and item 3d Surety

Reduction for Reynolds Farm 1D were held for a future meeting.
