🗳️ Get to know more about Jess Plavicki for Town Council and learn why we and Build The Bench RI strongly support her candidacy. Why support Jessica Plavicki? “We’re living in a highly polarized society now,“ she told us. “I have leadership experience in situations where emotions are high. I try to be thoughtful and fair, understand the complexities, and speak in way that people understand they are being heard.” This is especially crucial in North Kingstown where there’s a local furor over industrial activities that may harm resident’s quality of life. Plavicki, who became a mom at 17 and managed to become a science professor without family support, is no stranger to extra work. She is one of eight candidates battling for five town council seats in November. If you’d like to join us in supporting her, Plavicki's campaign link is in our profile Linktree.
Thank you, Erin, for always recognizing the excellence in our NK Schools!
